Control Centric was founded in 2003 and has served many audio/video systems integrators through system design, control system implementation, and control system programming. Our end-user clients include Bank of America, Medtronic, Johnson and Johnson, Sun Trust Bank, and numerous local and state government facilities.
In 2008, we decided to move the company in a slightly different direction. While our focus is still on control system design and programming, we have developed the tools necessary to put home and business control in the hands of our cost-conscious clients. We believe that enhancing one's lifestyle or improving business efficiency doesn't necessarily have to command a large budget or restrict purchases to proprietary brands.
And while we may legally "own" the products we offer, we believe that from an application perspective, our products belong to our customers. They use them everyday, and their requirements are our requirements. Customer support is not just about helping the customer. It is an implied partnership that enriches the customer experience and helps us make and deliver better products.
